My 2 nights in Nanyuki were really lovely. the room was quiet and it had a bidet, a dryer, and terrycloth bathrobes; that's cool. - I had a view of the mountain from my window. - the location of the property was marvelous, in the middle of Jackson. - It was near to the outskirts of Nanyuki and public transport.

The hotel offered a pool, restaurant, and spa facilities that added relaxation options during my Easter vacation. the organization, cleanliness, and layout of the hotel exceeded expectations, which made my stay more comfortable. the hotel location allowed me easy access to different areas of interest.
The food quality did not match the experience I had at the hotel. The breakfast lacked flavor and variety, and the dinner menu was underwhelming compared to other options available in the area.

This hotel was an oasis of luxury, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. the Spa & wellness centre offered a range of treatments, including a sauna, massage and Turkish bath. the outdoor swimming pool was surrounded by a beautiful garden area and had a shallow end, perfect for relaxing. the restaurant served delicious meals and had an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities. the private facilities in the room were top-notch, including a Jacuzzi and a steam room.
The only minor issue I faced here was that the swimming pool closed a little too early. Nevertheless, it did not detract from my wonderful experience of staying at this hotel.

Likes the hotel had an impressive SPA with excellent services that you have to experience. the pool was well-maintained and the layout of the hotel provided a peaceful oasis away from the noise of the city. I also loved its convenient location, close to key tourist destinations.
Dislikes the service was not impressive. the waiters seemed overwhelmed and untrained, forgetting orders and making guests hunt them down.
